PROGRAM EVALUATION
Program evaluation involves a scientific, systematic assessment of program implementation, policy, and service delivery, including evaluation of current and existing program needs and identification of program strengths and weaknesses in relation to program objectives. The goal of the evaluation is to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes within communities, non-governmental, and governmental organizations.
